Victoria Investigative Paranormal Research or (V.I.P.R.) was founded for three reasons. First and foremost to gain insight and knowledge, that can be proven scientifically, to further the field of paranormal research. Second the team was formed to help show those who are in fear that there is no reason to fear the supernatural. And thirdly, to give the people of South Texas a way to have suspected haunted places investigated at no charge.
